Coming from a background where they met similar issues faced by most South African learners in high school – issues of lack of career guidance and access to post-secondary education. Thabiso and Nathan set out to build a Career Development Programme that would act as a mentor for grade 8 to 12 learners. Learners select career paths that are aligned to job opportunities within their local communities and scare skills  needed in the country.
