Programme Objective

“Enabling high school learners to study further to gain access to job opportunities within their local communities ”

Why Career Development?

Problem

The root cause of unemployment begins in high school where learners are taught to pass without a plan of employment in the community after school.

IMPACT

Learners make uninformed career choices and have a low access to post school education which prevents them from job opportunities in the community resulting in unemployment.

SOLUTION

Create a community job opportunity plan and implement a career development programme for high school learners that aligns with the plan to increase employment and job localization in the community.

“Our system determines where each learner qualifies to study across 250 universities and colleges around South Africa.”
